One of RL educationals programs is Beyond Workshop Dance Series,  where  free dance classes are offered to young latino performers for a month with incredible talented Choreographers from New York City. Based on the success of this program the RL Choreographers Festival was created. It's goal is  to offer a platform where choreographers who have donated their time to Beyond Workshop Dance Series can showcase their talents. In addition students of the workshop series will have the opportunity to perform, celebrate our culture through dance, and instill inspiration within our communities.
