Peruvian restaurant to try in New York: El Pollito Dorado

El Pollito Dorado is an outstanding Peruvian restaurant in Jackson Heights, Queens. Last September they catered our post-premiere party at Lincoln Center. In return I promised Javier the owner I would list their website on our links page. Somehow I forgot.
